Our program is designed for children ages 8-12. Each letter is personalized to your child’s age, interests, and reading level, so whether your child is in 3rd grade or 6th grade, the content will feel relevant, encouraging, and age-appropriate.
Letters are mailed within the first week of each month. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. You’ll receive a notification when your child’s letter has been mailed so you can keep an eye out for it!
You are not charged at signup. Your first payment of $34 is billed on the 1st of the month following your signup (if you sign up by the 28th). For example, sign up March 15 → first charge April 1 → first letter ships first week of April.
Yes! You can pause or cancel anytime from your account portal. To avoid being charged for the next month, make changes by the 25th. Paused subscriptions automatically resume after 3 months. Cancellations require a new signup to rejoin.
We offer multi-child discounts! 10% off the 2nd child, 15% off the 3rd and beyond. Each child receives their own uniquely personalized letter — no two letters are ever the same. You can manage all subscriptions from a single parent account.
Yes! Every monthly mailing includes a pre-stamped reply envelope. Your child can write back anytime — no postage needed. The founder personally reads every reply and incorporates your child’s response into their next letter.
