1. Pen Pal Program

Mighty Words Co. offers the Pen Pal Program at $34/month per child. Every subscriber receives:

Personalized handwritten letter
Reflection page tied to the monthly theme
Challenge card with a real-world action step
Stickers
Pre-stamped reply envelope
Monthly parent theme email with book recommendation
Birthday card during your child's birthday month

2. Billing

Subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month. If you sign up on or before the 28th, billing begins on the 1st of the following month. If you sign up after the 28th, billing begins on the 1st of the month after next. Payment is processed automatically via Stripe. If your payment fails, we will attempt to charge your card again and notify you via email to update your payment method.

3. Multi-Child Discounts

We offer discounts for families with multiple children enrolled: 10% off the second child's subscription and 15% off the third child and beyond. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout and adjusted if children are added or removed.

4. Pausing Your Subscription

You may pause your subscription for 3 months at a time. If you pause on or before the 25th, the pause takes effect immediately and no further charges occur until resumption. If you pause after the 25th, you will be billed on the 1st and the pause takes effect after that charge. Your subscription will automatically resume after 3 months. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before resumption. You may also resume early at any time from your account portal.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal. If you cancel on or before the 25th, your subscription ends immediately. If you cancel after the 25th, you will be billed on the 1st and your subscription ends after that final charge. No partial-month refunds are issued. If you wish to resubscribe in the future, you may do so at any time.

6. Letter Delivery

Letters are typically mailed within the first week of each month. Delivery times depend on USPS and your location, but generally arrive within 3-7 business days after mailing. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
