Digital Products (PDF Guides)
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of PDF guides and activity packs are final. Once a digital product has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund. If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
Pen Pal Subscriptions
We want you to love our pen pal program. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund of your first month's payment. After the first 30 days, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations.
How to Request a Refund
