Yes! All our PDF guides are designed to be printed at home on standard 8.5" x 11" paper.
No! All activities require zero equipment — just space to move and a willingness to be silly.

About Our Products
Our guides combine beloved children’s literature with purposeful movement activities, building vocabulary and motor skills simultaneously. Each guide includes vocabulary words, discussion questions, and achievement badges — not just movements.
Most activities take 10–20 minutes total. They’re designed to fit into your existing routine — perfect for homeschool breaks, before/after lessons, or anytime wiggles need releasing!
